At Royal Attire Wardrobe, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, however, you encounter issues with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted under 7 days the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Shoe: If you received the wrong shoe, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly accept the return.
  • Defective Shoe: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective shoe, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
  • Wrong Size: If you receive the wrong size, we understand the frustration and will work with you to make it right.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

For issues related to the wrong shoe, defective shoe, or wrong size, we request that you provide an unboxing video without any cuts or edits. This video will assist us in understanding the problem and facilitating a smoother resolution process.

4. How to Create the Unboxing Video

When creating the unboxing video, please ensure the following:

  • Clearly show the entire unboxing process, including opening the package and revealing the product.
  • Clearly demonstrate the issue with the product, whether it’s the wrong shoe, a defective shoe, or the wrong size.

5. Submitting the Unboxing Video

Please submit the unboxing video by emailing it to royalattirewardrobe@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue in the email.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
